Upon purchasing a new bike to explore the connection between safe bike-path riding and the LA metro transportation sysem, I discovered that a lot of my Pilates clients have bicycles in their garages which aren’t being used. So I have set out to explore Fun Easy rides linking the transportation system to bike paths. These rides will be open to my clients and any one else who is interested These rides will be approximately 10 – 20 miles long, and usually starting and / or ending at a Metro or Bus stop. Eateries might even become a destination somewhere along the way. (I have my pocket handy restaurant bible Eat Los Angeles.) The purpose is to get out and ride, enjoy our wonderful climate and explore our city through cycling and public transportation.
Fitness should be fun —- I’m all about encouraging people to move.
